Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TEG-Blue, operated by Anna Paretas-Artacho ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using TEG-Blue, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TEG-Blue Is

TEG-Blue (The Emotional Gradient Blueprint) is an educational platform offering:

• Interactive tools for understanding nervous system patterns
• Written content exploring emotional regulation
• Visual frameworks mapping emotional responses
• Self-assessment instruments

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TEG-Blue. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are accessing TEG-Blue on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be compromised.

4. Subscription Tiers

TEG-Blue offers the following access levels:

• Free — Limited access to selected tools and content at no cost.
• Explorer (€15/month or €129/year) — Full access to interactive tools, the Circuit Board, and all Emotional Tools.
• Deep Diver (€30/month or €249/year) — Everything in Explorer, plus the complete Mapping System.
• Practitioner (€45/month or €399/year) — Everything in Deep Diver, plus client management features and professional licensing.
• Founding Member (€699 one-time) — Lifetime Practitioner access for early supporters. Limited to 100 spots.

Prices are in Euros and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of your purchase.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend your access until payment succeeds.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds:

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months.
• Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the service.
• Founding Member: Refundable within 14 days if you have not accessed premium content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content except as permitted
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
• Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
• Use the service to harm, harass, or mislead others
• Use TEG-Blue content to train AI or machine learning models

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TEG-Blue is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your license: Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TEG-Blue content for your own educational purposes.

Practitioner license: Practitioner subscribers receive additional rights. See our Professional Licensing terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TEG-Blue is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

TEG-Blue does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The frameworks and tools are educational models, not diagnostic instruments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
