To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

4. Subscription Tiers & Pricing
TEG-Blue offers yearly subscriptions only — no monthly billing. This removes the "paying but not using" guilt cycle. Pay once, use it when you need it.
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Tiers are cumulative — each tier includes everything from the tier before it.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to:

9. Content License
All TEG-Blue content is proprietary. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TEG-Blue content for your own educational purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TEG-Blue is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
TEG-Blue does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The frameworks and tools are educational models for self-understanding, not diagnostic instruments or treatment protocols.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TEG-Blue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
