These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TEG-Blue, operated by Anna Paretas-Artacho ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Barcelona, Spain. By accessing or using TEG-Blue, you agree to these Terms.

1. What TEG-Blue Is

TEG-Blue (The Emotional Gradient Blueprint) is an educational platform offering:

  • •Interactive tools for looking at emotional and relationship situations
  • •Account features for saving tool results, bookmarks, and notes where enabled
  • •Written orientation pages that support use of the tools
  • •Self-orientation and reflection tools

TEG-Blue is educational, not clinical. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use TEG-Blue. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are accessing TEG-Blue on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some features, such as saved results, bookmarks, or account settings, may require an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • •All activity that occurs under your account
  • •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be compromised.

4. Payments and Paid Access

TEG-Blue checkout is currently paused. The current public tools and basic account surfaces are open for now, and no new subscriptions, tool-set purchases, or founding supporter purchases are being offered through the site.

If paid access returns

  • •The public pricing page, checkout flow, and these Terms will be updated before payment is enabled.
  • •Any paid offer will show its price, renewal terms, access period, refund rules, and cancellation options before purchase.
  • •Older pricing URLs may remain reserved or redirected so prior links do not create conflicting public content.

5. Current Free Access

While payments are paused, the following surfaces are available without a paid subscription:

  • ✓Current public emotional tools and start-here orientation pages
  • ✓Account features for saved results, notes, bookmarks, and profile settings where enabled
  • ✓About, FAQ, Contact, Legal, and other public support pages
  • ✓Any additional public pages that are intentionally linked from the live site

6. Payment Processing If Paid Access Returns

If TEG-Blue re-enables paid access, payments may be processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. By purchasing a paid offer at that time, you would authorize the provider to charge your payment method according to the terms shown at checkout.

Billing cycleAny subscription or one-time access period will be shown before purchase.
Price changesFor active paid access, we will notify affected users before a price increase takes effect.
Failed paymentsIf recurring billing is active and a payment fails, access may be paused, downgraded, or retried according to the terms disclosed for that offer.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Historical Purchases

Cancellation: There are currently no new paid subscriptions available through the site. If you have a historical purchase or legacy paid account, contact us and we will help you review the applicable access, cancellation, or account status.

Refunds:

Historical purchasesRefund or account questions will be handled according to the terms that applied at purchase and applicable consumer law.
Future paid offersRefund, withdrawal, and cancellation terms will be shown before checkout is enabled.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • ✗Share account credentials or allow others to access your account
  • ✗Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content except as permitted by our Content License
  • ✗Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
  • ✗Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
  • ✗Use the service to harm, harass, or mislead others
  • ✗Use TEG-Blue content to train AI or machine learning models without explicit permission
  • ✗Misrepresent TEG-Blue as therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice

9. Content License

All TEG-Blue content is proprietary. Your access grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TEG-Blue content for your own educational purposes.

Your access allows

  • ✓Access public tools and account surfaces currently made available to you
  • ✓Save tool results, notes, and progress
  • ✓Print content for personal reference
  • ✓Discuss and recommend TEG-Blue to others

Your access does not permit

  • ✗Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content
  • ✗Creating derivative works or adaptations
  • ✗Commercial use without a separate license
  • ✗AI training or data extraction

10. Intellectual Property

All content on TEG-Blue - including tools, visuals, page copy, interface patterns, and methodology language - is owned by Anna Paretas-Artacho and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

TEG-Blue, the TEG-Blue logo, "The Emotional Gradient Blueprint," and related TEG-Blue methodology or tool names are trademarks.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TEG-Blue is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

TEG-Blue does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The tools and models are educational resources for self-understanding, not diagnostic instruments or treatment protocols.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TEG-Blue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

For EU consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including your right to a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
