What can be reused, what needs permission, and what custom applied builds can be discussed while the .com licensing posture is still being decided.

Plain status

This is not a finished licensing program. TEG-Blue.com currently offers public tools and pages. Paid access and self-serve professional licensing are paused.

There are two separate questions here: permission to reuse existing TEG-Blue material, and commissioning TEG-Blue to design or build a new applied tool. The first is limited. The second can be discussed case by case.

TEG-Blue was created by Anna Paretas-Artacho.

TEG-Blue content, tools, visuals, wording, and tool structures remain protected. Public access means you may read and use the public pages as pages. It does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, adapt, sell, embed, or repackage them.

Custom applied tools

A custom build is different from a blanket license. It means a defined tool for a defined purpose, audience, and context.

A client or partner brings a source base: research, science, teaching material, assessment logic, field knowledge, or an instrument they have the right to use. TEG-Blue can turn that into a practical tool surface with structure, interaction, results, notes, and follow-up where appropriate.

The real boundary: a tool can make knowledge easier to use. It does not make unreviewed material official, clinical, safe for every context, or institutionally approved. Those responsibilities have to be named before launch.

What a custom build can include

  • A focused purpose and audience: prevention, education, reflection, repair, training support, or another clearly scoped use case.
  • Tool structure: questions, pathways, result states, reflection prompts, follow-up surfaces, notes, and profiles or saved progress where appropriate.
  • Site production: interface design, interactivity, responsive implementation, metadata, copy support, and launch-ready page or microsite build.
  • A practical boundary layer so the tool does not become diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, crisis support, or a claim of certainty about another person.

What has to be scoped first

  • The source material has to be clear: research, science, teaching material, assessment logic, lived-domain knowledge, or an instrument the client has rights to use.
  • TEG-Blue can translate that material into a usable tool experience, but it does not automatically validate, certify, or endorse the science behind it.
  • Rights, attribution, data handling, privacy, maintenance, and responsibility for claims have to be named before anything is presented publicly or professionally.
  • Custom work needs a written scope. This page does not create a license, partnership, or implementation right by itself.

What is fine without asking

  • Use public TEG-Blue tools for your own reflection and learning.
  • Link directly to public TEG-Blue pages so others can read the original source.
  • Quote brief excerpts with visible attribution where ordinary citation or fair-use principles apply.
  • Discuss or summarize TEG-Blue publicly while preserving creator attribution and the non-diagnostic boundaries.

Ask before using TEG-Blue this way

  • Reproducing substantial page content, diagrams, tool structures, tables, or visual systems.
  • Using TEG-Blue material in paid services, courses, workshops, trainings, products, or organizational materials.
  • Publishing translations, adaptations, worksheets, decks, handouts, or derivative tools.
  • Integrating TEG-Blue content, logic, or tool structures into apps, datasets, retrieval systems, AI products, or model-training workflows.
  • Presenting TEG-Blue as part of an institutional program, partnership, certification, clinical method, or endorsed service.

Written permission means explicit written confirmation from TEG-Blue. Silence, public availability, or an old pricing page does not create permission.

What is not currently being offered

  • No self-serve professional license or off-the-shelf certification is currently for sale.
  • No paid plan, checkout page, or old pricing route grants reuse rights while payments are paused.
  • No public page grants permission to claim partnership, endorsement, certification, clinical validation, or official implementation.
  • No blanket permission is currently granted for commercial, institutional, dataset, model, or adapted-tool use.

Professionals, educators, and organizations

You may link clients, students, readers, or colleagues to public TEG-Blue pages so they can access the source directly.

If you want to reproduce materials, put them in a deck, adapt them for a group, use them in paid work, or build from the tool structures, ask first. If what you need is a custom applied tool, the conversation starts with purpose, source rights, audience, risks, data/privacy, and who is responsible for each claim.
